Emails and text messages are becoming one of the main pieces of evidence used in litigation against companies. Managers should be cautious about what type of information is reduced to writing and how employees typically communicate, internally and with company lawyers. When it may apply, certain steps should be taken to ensure that information is protected by the attorney/client privilege. This webinar will include recommendations for maintaining the attorney/client privilege and rules that should be put in place for how employees and managers communicate about company business.
