Emails and text messages are becoming some of the most important pieces of evidence used in litigation against companies. Therefore, employers should be cautious about what type of information is reduced to writing and how employees and management communicate. During this webinar, we will discuss some steps that should be taken to ensure the attorney/client privilege is not inadvertently waived with regard to communications with counsel. In addition, we will discuss some recommendations for employer policies concerning how employees and managers communicate about company business.
