Meggie Krombach serves as counsel in the Medicare Compliance Group of Carr Allison and is a resident in its Birmingham, Alabama office.  Her practice primarily consists of assisting clients across the country in ensuring compliance with the federal Medicare Secondary Payer Act. Specifically, Meggie works with clients to solve Medicare Set-aside issues, research and dispute conditional payment claims asserted by Medicare, as well as to advise on Medicare-specific settlement language.

A PERSONAL NOTE

Originally from Kentucky, Meggie has settled into the Magic City with her husband and three kids. When not chasing her toddler, Meggie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending as much time as possible outside.
