Zuzanna “Anna” M. Sztul is an associate with the Medicare Compliance Group of Carr Allison and is a resident in its Birmingham, Alabama office. Anna’s practice centers on supporting clients nationwide in navigating the intricacies of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. Her responsibilities include offering guidance with Medicare set-aside reports as well as researching and disputing conditional payment claims asserted by Medicare.

 

While in law school, Anna made the Dean’s list and volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyers of Birmingham to help to broaden the accessibility of legal services throughout the community. Additionally, she pursued her MBA while concurrently working towards her law degree.

 

A PERSONAL NOTE

 

Originally from Poland and Wisconsin, Anna, along with her family, settled in Birmingham to attend law school and has enjoyed the city ever since. Outside of her professional commitments, Anna enjoys taking long walks with her miniature dachshund, taking trips to the beach and art museums, cooking, and playing trivia games.
